This Cabernet has been aged in Woodford Bourbon Barrels for 6 months. The glass starts with aromas of dark cherry, and a smooth Kentucky Bourbon essence. The subtle fine tannins of this Cabernet marry perfectly with intense concentrated palate of the bourbon barrel. Aging in the barrel provides a richness to the bouquet

This Cabernet has been aged in French barrel heads in American Oak barrels, the best of both worlds. It starts with notes of currant, black plum, and cherry. This wine is smooth with tannins that are refined and round. The deep dark finish has lingering complex plum fruit and berry flavors all the way through the end palate. 

If you like Malbec, this will be a favorite. Classic amounts of plum, boysenberry, and currants. The flavor starts with classic Malbec tannin edge sand seamlessly evolves into a masculine structure or acidity and dark fruits, with a long finish. A classic barrel aged Malbec.

Not to be confused with the Syrah Varietal. This wine will deliver taste sensations of intense upfront fruits like blueberry, ripe mandarin, plum and dark chocolate with pepper and spice mid-pallet. The finish provides tannin and acidity that linger. 

A Zinfandel variety traditionally grown in the heel of Italy, but now grown in Lodi, California. This black grape produces a thick dark cherry flavor with spicy berry middle pallet, finishing with deep tannins. This is a classic big bold red, Zin that has been barrel aged to perfection 

The nose starts with hints of strawberries and raspberries. The flavor begins with notes of dry tannins but then comes the explosion of a fruit bomb of strawberries and raspberries. The finish is silky smooth for a classic barrel aged Pinot Noir.
