Join us next Monday 7/29 from 5-7pm, enjoy great wine and support East Granby Public Library! A librarian from EGPL will lead the book discussion and 10% of wine sales from the night will be donated to the library!
The book club is free to attend but we do ask that you preregister to let us know you are attending using the link in our bio!
We highly encourage you to visit your local library to borrow our featured book and check out all the other great reads they have available! Or if you would prefer to expand your personal library our featured books can be found locally at River Bend Book Shop

Country Line Dancing
August 7th ・6-9pm
Join us for our Summer Country Line Dancing Series with Ballroom Outlet! This is the first of four classes where you will learn the basic step for country line dancing from the professionals. Dancers of all skill levels are welcome to attend! We strongly encourage you to purchase tickets ahead of time, although limited sales will be available at the door based on availability. Your best country outfits and boots are highly encouraged!

Calligraphy for Beginners
August 15th ・6-8pm
Join us at Brignole Vineyards in East Granby, Connecticut for modern calligraphy for beginners. Whether you’re a stationery nerd, DIY Bride-to-be, or just a crafty individual, in this workshop you’ll be learning an introduction to modern calligraphy with a pointed dip pen and ink. We will cover all the basics and get you ready to add those special lettered details to your snail mail, wedding paper goods, home decor and more! The perfect crafty night out!
Class includes 1.5 hours of instruction and demonstration, our beginner’s calligraphy kit (two nibs, black ink pot, 2 letter guides, tracing paper and straight pen holder), and all materials to write on. Everything is yours to keep at the end of the workshop!

Death Joins the Club Murder Mystery Dinner
August 23rd ・7pm
You and the other members of the posh Pfieffer Hills Country Club are gathering to consider applications for membership and you want to look your snobby best. Members of the wealthy elite are dying to get in, or rather, are waiting for you to die so they can get in. A word to the wise, dear member: some applicants are less patient than others.
THE MENU Presented by Little Oak Café:
SALAD: Summer vegetable salad, local mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, summer squash, parmesan, fresh herbs, balsamic dressing
ENTREÉ: Chicken Caprese, roasted local tomatoes, mozzarella, fresh basil pesto(no nuts), orzo pasta, parmesan, balsamic glaze -OR- Eggplant Parmesan, basil pesto (vegetarian option)

Get creative and design your own unique soy candles in charming dough bowls. This in-person event at Brignole Vineyards promises a night of fun, relaxation, and creativity. Don't miss out on this opportunity to unwind and create something special. Grab your friends and family for a memorable night out! Floral Botanicals and Stones will be available to add to your special candle that burns over 90 hours. Choose from many scents and colors, all supplies included as well as your first glass of wine.

Bonsai Tree Planting Class
September 4 ・6pm
Beginner workshops are perfect for you to grab your friends, grab a drink and come make tiny trees! We’re bringing the awesome art of bonsai out of the hedged in gardens and into the streets! Or at least into your favorite bars/breweries/pubs. Bonsai Bar is a night of fun you don’t want to miss. Learn the fundamental skills and techniques behind the art of bonsai while enjoying a night out with friends! Our teachers will introduce core concepts and guide your experience as you pot, prune, and design your very own bonsai tree!
